      品牌标识策划是以与每一名顾客保持长期的关系为基础的。免费咨询电话、返还礼券、回收反馈资料等,各种各样的招数使信息得以双向流动。现在通过网络和移动电话使这种双向机能变得日见平常了。包括利用旧式大众媒体的宣传,今后在很多企业行动上,双向机能会变得十分重要,因为从这种潮流中反馈的信息将成为下一战役的基础。

      最终由此建立起来的企业和消费者之间的循环过程,将会筑起与顾客的长期关系。在此先暂停该话题,企业与顾客间用何种手法进行双向宣传,将成为今后重要的课题吧。
