控制酒店网络营销的评估方法与范围有哪些?
酒店实施网络营销时,应注意进行及时的评估和控制
(一)对网络营销效果的评估
1.评估的范围
(1)常规方面
网络营销适用于本酒店吗?网络营销是否给本酒店带来了更大的访问量?
(2)创造性方面
透过网络发送的广告或电子邮件,这种信息对我有效吗?因为一个广告或信息可能对某些受众很适用,对其他人却根本没有效果;可能适宜某个特定的网站,却不适合其他的网站。因此当酒店形象设计改变目标受众类型时,要保持在必要时改变信息类型的敏感性。
通过对以上两方面的分析,评估网络营销动机和目标是否能够实现。
2.评估的指标
对网络营销效果的评估,可以通过分析以下指标的变化而进行:总访问量,产生的关注数量,转化为注册或产品(服务)销售的百分比,实际产品(服务)销售状况或者回复状况,预期的重复消费者数量。
3.评估的方法
根据酒店的目标,确定评估的方法。如果酒店的目的是要提高网站的访问量,那么久分析点击量;如果酒店的目标是获得更多的消费者,那么久分析电子邮件签约数量;如果酒店希望销售某项产品,则应分析广告或电子邮件带来的销售额。
(二)对网络营销的控制
根据评估的结果,酒店应对网络营销加以控制,以充分发挥网络营销的优势,及时识别存在的问题并加以改进。
