在市场营销酒店标牌设计问卷要注意哪些问题?
1.问卷的开场白
问卷的开场白,必须慎重对待,要以亲切的口吻询问,措辞应精心切磋,做到言简意明,亲切诚恳,使被查者自愿与之合作,认真填好问卷。
2.问题的字眼(语言)
由于不同的字眼会对被调查者产生不同的影响,因此往往看起来差不多相同的问题,会因所用字眼不同,而使应答者作不同的反应,做出不同的回答。故问题所用的字眼必须小心选择,以免影响答案的准确性。一般来说,在酒店标牌设计问题时应留意一下几点:

3.问题的选择及顺序
通常问卷的头几个问题可采用开放式问题,旨在使应答者多多讲话,多发表意见,使应答者感到十分自在,不受拘束,能充分发挥自己的见解。当应答者话题多,其与调查者之间的陌生距离自然缩短。不过要留意,最初安排的开放式问题必须较易回答,不可具有高敏感性如困窟性问题。否则一开始就被拒绝回答的话,以后的问题就难继续了。因此问题时容易回答且具有趣味性,旨在提高应答者的兴趣。核心问题往往置于问卷中间部分,分类性问题如收人、职业、年龄通常置于问卷之末。
